Persecution of Christians in Islamic states, where the Christians are the minority (less than 2% population), has never stopped, since the inception of the religion in the 600s. It is no different than the persecution Christians endured by Jewish leaders during the spreading of the Gospel, in the Book of Acts. If you recall, the Apostle Paul (fka Saul) persecuted Christians while he was a leader of the Pharisees, but when he encountered Jesus, he repented. Islamic Terrorism has not only ben towards Christianity. In Islamic states, they attack, kill, and destroy the properties of Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jews, Communists, and any other group that does not adhere to Shari’a Law. To be far, many groups attack each other from this list and more. We have too many occurrences of these attacks, but one group stands out among the rest, with an agenda to conquer the world.

This young man, Shohag, in his early 20s, who was not even proclaiming Jesus as the truth, is in need of assistance in Bangladesh to help with his attorney fees to free him from jail. Donations are being collected for his defense. Unfortunately, this is happening to several people not wanted to accept Islam as a true religion. His only crime was freely denouncing Islam. In these Islamic States, even a refusal to proclaim Mahammad as the Prophet, and the Quran as God’s word, could get you beheaded. This is happening all over the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, and is threatening the Western World in Europe and the Americas. In the Great Lakes region of the US, many people from various Islamic States have settled in the region, and have been looking for their opportunity to establish Shari’a Law in their communities. Many have already implemented such laws among themselves (many secretly), but current US and State Laws do not give presentence to enforce it.

I want to make one thing clear, I am NOT an Islamophobe, Xenophobe, or whatever the buzz word is today. I enjoy a multicultural society. I’ve learned a lot of great perspectives from cultures and religions world-wide. I have befriended many Muslims over the years, most of them are not radicalized Islamic Terrorists. Fear of anything is not in my repertoire. My motivation to write this article is to open people’s eyes to a growing culture that is becoming influential to free societies.

Though it claims to be mostly peaceful, many followers will not back down if the Quran, Muhammad, or Islam is criticized. For now, free speech against Islam, or any religion in the US, is protected. I believe many good things have come from the various people immigrating to the US, namely repopulating impoverished cities, towns and villages. There is nothing worst than a city in decay. I believe everyone has the right to exist on this planet, and be free to worship as they see fit, even if I disagree with their religion. However, an agenda to reshape society to conform to ones own way of life should not interfere with other cultures. I am just as skeptical about and against any people group who, under Antifa, LGBTQ+, Hindu, or even Christian banners, claim to be peaceful and yet violently attack opposing parties to their ideals. Violence is no way to solve problems. To me, it is an evil spirit of control motivating wicked people. Persecutions has been around since time began, so I am not excluding bad apples in every culture. This is just a plea to understand the issues many people face around the world today. While we are living in a free society in the US, Muslims are being encouraged to infiltrate the West and change the cultures to conform to their own. [ Read this article: CHANGING HISTORY – Islam’s accelerating takeover of Europe ]. September 11, 2001 awakened Americans to something unheard of. In my city, the reports of the Lackawanna Six were international news [ news report: Final ‘Buffalo Six’ Member Pleads Guilty ]. In 2009, in our own backyard, in Orchard Park, New York, a Muslim man, pretending to be peaceful, beheaded his wife, Aasiya Z. Hassan, after she filed for divorce (something Shari’a Law permits) [news report: Muslim Television Channel Founder Charged With Beheading His Wife ]. Recent developments in Dearborn, Michigan (run by a Muslim Mayor) showed signs of resistant change by Christians, and other cultures. NYC is the next city of conquest with Mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, who is running as a Democratic Socialist. Many Muslims may point out that under Shariah law, there is a religious obligation on all followers of the Prophet to grant aid and assistance to anyone seeking asylum, including Christians and Jews. Unfortunately, passions run high for extremists. Sadly, not only their own fellow countrymen, but outside assistance from US and European groups not related to Islam have supported these attacks. More on that another time.

One senator in the State of Florida decided she has had enough with foreign laws to be imposed on American citizens. “Rep. Hillary Cassel, a Broward Republican who served in the state House as a Democrat for two years, issued HB 119 banning Florida courts, panels, tribunals, or agencies from basing decisions on the Islamic Shari’a code or other foreign legal systems.” [see article] [see bill]

In an Islamic State, if you say Islam is a false religion, you get attacked and arrested for blaspheming in public and in jail. On October 5, 2025, this young man, Shohag, who is not even proclaiming Jesus, just stated he believes Islam is NOT the way and was attacked and jailed. Shohag is currently being detained awaiting trial. A Christian ministry in Bangladesh is looking to help with his attorney fees, in hopes he will be released.
