SNOKE REVEALED?

Star Wars: The Last Jedi latest trailer revealed during Monday Night Football, which was pretty much a snooze fest between Minnesota at Chicago. All I gotta say is WHOA! The latest installment of the new trilogy shows clips of Snoke one on one with Rey. All I can think off after that was, who is Snoke? Darth Plagues? Finis Valorum? Lando Calrissian?

I’ve narrowed it down to 4 possible people:

  1. Emperor Palpatine
  2. Qui-Gon Jinn
  3. Darth Maul
  4. Luke Skywalker

We never really heard Darth Maul talk much in The Phantom Menace, so, it’s possible he survived with aged vocal cords, plus he’d be pretty old, not to mention he was cut in half. He would need an awesome surgeon. Qui-Gon may have had the help in the afterlife while chatting with Yoda on superior survival skills. Then again, we might be underestimating Jar Jar Binks as being a Sith Lord, and ultimately reinstituting evil reign in the universe.

One of the common threads throughout the franchise is the falling down a long abyss after getting stabbed in the stomach by a sabre or shot by a laser blaster. Other candidates with that criteria would also include The Emperor, Boba Fett, Mace Windu and Han Solo.

Now, before you jump on me for the Luke comment, let me explain. Snoke was shown in The Force Awakens under a back light about his throne. In Luke’s cave, the books are revealed under an upper backlight.

There is the remote possibility that a overlooked blooper reel suppressed some information on the true identity of Snoke’s origins. If you notice below, a Stormtrooper in A New Hope hit his head during a call to see C-3PO and R2-D2 hidden behind closed doors. Might even be a trooper from Attack of the Clones.

But all of this may be all wrong, and the true identity could be Anakin / Vader all along. After all, he is the central part of the ENTIRE franchise. Why not bring him back to life and rule the galaxy once again? Many theories lead to this conclusion. We got a glimpse of him without the helmet and have seen his battle scars in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

One final possibility is one of the young padawan that Anakin supposedly killed in Revenge of the Sith. He might have preserved at least one as an apprentice. But, we might all be thrown way off the trail to find the answer if they have a completely new character in mind. At any rate, we shall see. Here’s the latest trailer:
